Are you wanting to safely increase flexibility and stability in your hips?  Whether you're recovering or preventing injury or wanting to improve overall movement, this 90-minute workshop will guide you through a series of targeted poses and mobility techniques that will unlock the full potential of your hips.
The hips are a central and vital part of the body. They are the foundation for most of our body's movements and are essential for maintaining proper posture, balance, and spinal health.  The hips can be linked to stress, anxiety, or emotional tension, while releasing them can lead to a sense of emotional freedom and calm.

In this workshop, you’ll:

  • Learn key postures that improve range of motion and flexibility.

  • Discover how to work harmoniously with your anatomy and body mechanics to advance your practice while remaining injury-free.

  • Understand not just "What" to do but precisely "How" and Why".

  • Explore how to navigate prolonged sitting or intense activity with ease.

  • Gain practical tools to incorporate into your regular practice to make it both therapeutic and preventative.
