The purpose and passion of both the textbook and my workshops is to incorporate the wisdom of Yoga and its principles of self-healing and empowerment into our expanding knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics.

Our books and Workshops make anatomy approachable, engaging, and directly applicable to every yoga posture. Through practical instruction and experiential learning, readers and students develop a deeper understanding of alignment, movement, and therapeutic application. The principles taught are valuable tools for maintaining a healthy body, on and off the mat.
